Almarai Yoghurt

A blogger friend of mine long time back said the yoghurt Almarai is not touched by a human finger the time the milk is sterilized and packed.The same application goes to yoghurt too.

Wikipedia says "the bacteria used to make yogurt are known as "yogurt cultures". Fermentation of lactose by these bacteria produces lactic acid which acts on milk protein to give yogurt its texture and its characteristic tang."

Let's not get into the technical points of milk and yogurt and we will focus on Al Marai yoghurt taste and photography only.

Now let me get into photographic view of Al Marai.With Black background and green and white color of the yoghurt container gives an extra ordinary look.I hope the passby viewers will enjoy it.

When I am a school child my parents had a cattlefield of many cows only eat pure green gross and the cows alternatively will  give milk the whole year.Looking the pure milk with froth regularly and making curd we call it I know the real taste of yoghurt.Kuwait supermarkets are displaying many brands of yoghurt culture of their own style but I have stick to Al Marai the day first I have tasted it.Also when Almarai yoghurt is launched in Kuwait with their store house in Ardiya nobody knows the product.I am happy to see now Almarai is there in every supermarket.
